(4) Test done on the disinfection effect of [SAISEI] Water
The [SAISEI] water has the effect of disinfection on aerobic bacteria. When reduced of an aerobic bacteria, smelly level also decreased.
[4-1] The [SAISEI] peebles has the effect of infection for legionella in the water of fountain.

The fountain of emitting water area and drain area
Algae were cling to panel before use of [SAISEI] pebbles
Reduced of algae after used of the [SAISEI] pebbles for 5 days and also reduced the smelly level
Number of legionella were reduced 930CFU/ 100mg/L from 80CFU/ 100mg/L after 3 month when setup of the [SAISEI] pebbles into the fountain.

Did not show of disinfection in origin of meat bacteria, but small effect of disinfection was showed in origin of fish bacteria. We confirm of disinfection in the lactobacillus and the aerobic bacteria which did not showed the disinfection effect in [SAISEI] water. Also we confirm the effect of the disinfection that the colon bacillus. 0.157 bacillus and other toxic bacteria in the [SAISEI] water. And we must also find out of the disinfection mechanism of the [SAISEI] water.
