(8) Test done on the increase of gas efficiency of combustion by [SAISEI] Water
These phenomenon can applied for the burn completely of the boiler and the engine. It can also be applied on metal cutting using burner that showed the increased of the gas efficiency of combustion by the [SAISEI] water glaze materials.
With [SAISEI] pebbles, glazed and fixed
Connecting the special glaze [SAISEI] pebbles with pipes for enhancement of the gas efficiency of combustion
We examined the enhancement of sheet metal cutting speed by gas from [SAISEI] water produced by [SAISEI] pebbles. Usually metal board cutting speed were 220 to 250 mm/min but when the gas passed through the [SAISEI] water produced by the [SAISEI] pebbles, the cutting speed was increased at 320 to 350 mm/min due to increase of the gas(oxygen) efficiency of combustion by the [SAISEI] water produced by the [SAISEI] Pebbles.
The metal cutting speed was increased by 46% with the used of [SAISEI] water produced by the [SAISEI] pebbles.
