The [SAISEI] water produced the deep rooted of rice, and improved harvest than that of the industrial water used. The rice score were over 80% of quality and protein level were increased more than the industrial water cultivate.

The [SAISEI] water were sprayed to the oranges and leaves

After [SAISEI] water was sprayed. 3 hours later, the result showed that [SAISEI] water could control insects on the oranges. The sweetness levels were increased after the [SAISEI] water was sprayed for 2 weeks. The [SAISEI] water has the effect of the insect control for most usual run of insect. The [SAISEI] water is not an insecticide but could repelled off insects when the [SAISEI] water were diluted to 20 times during spraying. The [SAISEI] water has the effect of repelling all insects and effect on most plants.
[5-4] The effect of improvement of soil after salt damage at Tsunami

After soil was damage by Tsunami
After use of [SAISEI] water to the farming field
We put a depth of 20 meter of damaged soil in a hall. Then diluted the [SAISEI] water of 20 times was poured into the damaged soil and strawberries were planted. At that time concentration of chlorine ion level were 9600mg/kg and soil moisture was 36.6%. The phenomenon showed that [SAISEI] water has the effect of preventing the soil damage from salt and thus improved of growth of the plants.
